1. What data we collect

Contact form submissions: When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and any information you include in the message body. Subject line is optional.

Analytics data: If you consent to analytics cookies, we may collect anonymised data on page visits, session duration, and navigation paths through a third-party analytics service.

Cookie consent preferences: Your cookie choices are stored in your browser's local storage. This is stored on your device and not transmitted to our servers.

Engagement correspondence: If you enter a service engagement, we retain correspondence and scoping documents as part of the project record.

Legal basis: Processing of contact form data is based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Engagement correspondence is retained based on contractual necessity. Analytics data, where collected, relies on your explicit cookie consent.

3. Data sharing and third parties

We may share limited data with the following categories of third parties:

Analytics providers: Anonymised usage data may be shared with third-party analytics platforms if you consent to analytics cookies. These providers are bound by their own data processing terms.

Legal obligations: We may disclose data where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority.

We do not share contact form submissions with advertising networks or data brokers.
