Your data and how we handle it

Engagement correspondence: If you enter a service engagement, we retain correspondence and scoping documents as part of the project record.

To respond to your enquiries and progress any requested service engagement.

To maintain records of completed and ongoing engagements for billing, reference, and quality purposes.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Engagement records are kept for up to 5 years following completion, in line with standard business record obligations.
